Ground snow melting projects are mainly applied in places such as airport runways, expressways, urban squares, and parking lots. Generally, for pipes with a large flow rate and a long distance, pipes with a larger diameter and a thicker wall thickness should be selected.

During installation, pre-treat the ground first to ensure that the ground is flat. Use the hot melt connection method to ensure that the pipeline connection is firm and prevent leakage. At the same time, take good pipeline insulation measures to reduce heat loss and improve the snow melting efficiency. Insulation materials can be wrapped outside the pipeline, and a reasonable slope can be set to facilitate drainage.

Establish a regular inspection system to check whether there are any damages or leaks in the pipeline and whether the insulation layer is in good condition. Before the snow melting season arrives, conduct a comprehensive inspection and debugging of the system to ensure the normal operation of the hot water circulation system. After the snow melting season ends, promptly drain the water in the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking. Regularly clean the system to remove the dirt and impurities in the pipeline, ensuring the hot water flow rate and the snow melting effect.

For residential installations, it is necessary to regularly check whether the water temperature and pressure of the floor heating system are normal and observe whether there are any leaks in the pipeline. For domestic hot water and drinking water pipelines, clean and disinfect them regularly to prevent the growth of bacteria and water quality pollution. Pay attention to avoiding the pipeline from being impacted and squeezed by external forces to prevent damage.
