MPP Pipe

Jianlong's MPP pipes are made of modified polypropylene. They can lay pipes and cables in special places such as under roads, railways, and buildings without large-scale road excavation. Compared with traditional trench burial, MPP electronic pipe is more environmentally friendly and will not cause dust or traffic jams, and can also be constructed in places where excavation is not allowed, such as historic sites and downtown areas.

Superiorities:

MPP pipes have excellent electrical insulation.

They have high heat distortion temperature and low-temperature impact performance and can be stably used in different temperature environments.

They have higher tensile and compressive properties than HDPE and can withstand greater external forces.

MPP cable pipes are light in quality, smooth, have small friction resistance, and can be hot-melt welded and butt-jointed, making construction convenient.

The long-term service temperature of MPP pipes is -5~70℃.

Application Scope:

Widely used in pipeline projects such as municipal, telecommunications, power, gas, tap water, and heat; suitable for urban and rural trenchless horizontal directional drilling power pipe jacking projects and open excavation power pipe projects; also used in urban and rural trenchless horizontal directional drilling sewage pipe jacking projects and industrial wastewater discharge projects.
