Green lead-free high impact-resistant modified polyvinyl chloride (PVC-M) water supply pipes are produced by blending and modifying PVC resin with impact modifiers, nano-rigid particles, environment-friendly stabilizers, lubricants and other components, and adopting elastomer and inorganic rigid particle toughening processes.

Compared with ordinary PVC-U (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride) pipes, PVC-M pipes have better ductility resistance and crack resistance, as well as excellent toughness and high pressure-bearing capacity. In comparison with polyethylene (PE) pipes, they offer more convenient construction and a relatively lower price.
