For plastic pipe exports, we employ professional packaging: HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes (max 6m length) are bundled with steel straps and entirely wrapped in waterproof film. A 40ft HQ container can hold approximately 26-28 cubic meters. PVC-U solid-wall pipes are packed in custom carton sets with internal shock-absorbing corner pads.

Small-diameter PP-R pipes (4m fixed length) are packed on pallets with shrink film. A 20ft container can hold about 1200 pieces. We provide detailed container loading calculation sheets and on-site loading photos to ensure maximum loading efficiency and transport safety.
Furthermore, we can print project information, barcodes on the packaging, or use recyclable eco-friendly materials per client request, and provide fumigation certificates and certificates of origin meeting destination port requirements.
