Once a defect is confirmed to originate from our production process (e.g., uneven wall thickness, incomplete fusion line), we activate an emergency protocol. This involves quarantining and tracing the problematic batch of PE pipes.

Simultaneously, based on your project schedule, we prioritize replacement production or allocate stock from nearby warehouses (for standard products like HDPE water pipes and PE-RT heating pipes). For already installed PVC fittings, we provide on-site technical repair guidance. We will compensate for direct losses caused by confirmed plastic pipe quality issues according to the purchase contract and third-party assessment. A root cause analysis report will be submitted to you to ensure similar issues do not recur in other product lines like PP-R pipes or MPP cable conduits.
