2. Targeted Solutions: He was concerned that the intense East African sun would cause the pipes to age rapidly. Our engineers not only provided UV resistance test reports for the materials but also suggested adding a UV protection layer to some of the outdoor pipes in his initial order, explaining the long-term value of the slight cost increase. He readily accepted.

3. Samples as a Commitment: We sent him samples produced to his specifications free of charge, allowing him to compare and test the actual product.

III. Production and Delivery: Professionalism in the Details

After order confirmation, we did the following:

Proactive Progress Reporting:

We proactively sent production progress photos and reports twice a week, allowing him to "virtually monitor" the entire process.

Customized Packaging:

Based on his requirements, we used customized inkjet printing and labels with his company information on all products and included a simple installation manual inside the packaging, making him feel that we were an extension of his team.

Clear Logistics Tracking:

After the container departed the port, we immediately provided all shipping documents and high-definition photos of the container loading, allowing him to be fully informed about the shipment's status.

IV. After-Sales Service and Feedback: From One-Time Transaction to Long-Term Partnership

Our service didn't end after the goods arrived at the port.

Proactive After-Sales Follow-up: One week after the goods were expected to arrive at the port, we proactively inquired about the acceptance status of the goods and the feedback from local workers regarding product usage.

Establishing a Long-Term Cooperation Mechanism: Based on the initial successful cooperation, we established a dedicated customer file and pricing tiers for him. When he needed to replenish his stock, he only needed to send a message, and we could prepare a contract within 2 hours.

After receiving the goods, Mr. Moses sent us the following feedback:
