2. Material and Size Confirmation: Customized Solutions Overcome Regional Adaptability Challenges
Considering the high-temperature characteristics of Kenya's tropical savanna climate (summer surface temperatures can reach 40℃), we selected imported high-density polyethylene raw materials (PE100 grade) to ensure that pipes of various specifications from 110mm to 315mm maintain stable performance even under extreme temperatures. In the client's original dimensional sketch, some sections of the road needed to pass through areas with old buildings, resulting in narrow spaces for pipe laying. The corner installation of the 315mm large-diameter pipe posed a challenge. After on-site inspection, the technical team optimized the design and customized flexible bends and short-distance connectors to fit the 315mm pipe, precisely controlling the bending radius within the specified range. Pipes are directly and neatly loaded into containers, ensuring efficient and convenient transportation while avoiding disorder and compression during transit.

Upon arrival of the goods at the local port, a detailed installation manual (including illustrated tutorials and operation videos) is provided simultaneously, covering key aspects such as the hot-melt welding process for different pipe specifications and connection precautions. For technical questions raised by customers during the installation process, we respond quickly through real-time video connections and provide remote guidance to solve problems such as pipeline layout adjustments and interface sealing, helping the construction team to successfully complete the water commissioning test.
