Customized solutions: precise implementation from drawings to site

After the cooperation started, the Jianlong Plastics technical team immediately conducted an in-depth site survey of the project. Combined with the pipeline layout provided by the design institute, they found that there were three major construction difficulties in the community: first, the pipeline at the junction of the green area and the hardened road surface needs to bear the vehicle load; second, the low pH value of the soil in some areas is prone to corrosion; third, short-term water accumulation may occur during the rainy season. To address the above issues, the technical team tailored a pipe solution: the PE water pipe used under the carriageway has its pressure resistance increased by thickening the pipe wall; HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes with added antioxidants are used in acidic soil areas to enhance corrosion resistance; large-diameter PVC-U reinforced pipes are used in the green belt drainage system, and their unique annular rib structure can increase drainage efficiency by 30%. At the same time, in order to cooperate with the project progress, the production department launched an expedited production plan. It took only 72 hours from order confirmation to the delivery of the first batch of pipes to ensure seamless connection of pipeline laying after foundation pit excavation.

Quality Witness: Long-term Guarantee from Delivery to Operation and Maintenance

One year after the completion of the project, the after-sales team of Jianlong Plastics paid a return visit, and the person in charge of the property engineering department reported: "There has been no leakage problem in the operation of the community pipe network so far, especially during the flood season last year, the drainage speed of the drainage system was significantly faster than that of the surrounding communities." This achievement stems from the forward-looking considerations during product design - all pipes have a 1.5-fold safety factor reserved, and the PE pipe welding adopts hot-melt butt welding technology, and the interface strength is higher than the pipe body, eliminating the leakage risk from a technical level.
