II. Project Implementation Process

(1) Preparatory Work

Before the project began, the construction team conducted a detailed survey and measurement of the community, formulating a detailed construction plan and schedule. Meanwhile, strict inspection and acceptance of Jianlong Plastic's pvcu pipes were carried out to ensure the pipes met quality requirements. To minimize impacts on residents' lives, a construction notice was issued in advance to inform residents of the construction time, scope, and precautions, and construction barriers and warning signs were set up at the site.

(2) Pipeline Laying

During construction, the original sewer system was first demolished and cleaned to create favorable conditions for laying new pipelines. Then, pipelines were laid according to the design plan. During laying, strict control was maintained over pipeline elevation and slope to ensure smooth drainage. Meanwhile, connection parts of the pipelines were carefully inspected and processed to ensure connection quality.

(3) Quality Inspection

After pipeline laying, strict quality inspections were conducted, including pipeline seal tests and pressure tests, to ensure no water leakage, blockages, or other issues. Meanwhile, the construction site was cleaned and restored to the community's original environment.

IV. Project Achievements

The reconstructed sewer system features pvcu pipes with smooth inner walls and low water flow resistance, significantly improving drainage speed and resolving the original poor drainage problem. The pipes will not be eroded by sewage during long-term use.

The completion of the sewer reconstruction project has thoroughly eliminated problems such as odor emission and water leakage from the original system, improved the community's environmental hygiene, and enhanced residents' quality of life. Community residents expressed satisfaction with the reconstructed sewer system, praising the project for bringing tangible benefits to the community.
