Revolutionizing Agriculture: Eastern European Irrigation Project Introduces Smart Drip Irrigation Systems with Innovative Pipe Materials

Project Implementation Process:

Jianlong Plastics’ technical personnel developed a reasonable drip irrigation system design based on the analysis and testing results of the farmland’s soil and water quality by the local agricultural cooperative’s staff.

During pipeline laying, technical personnel guided construction workers to adopt advanced laying techniques, such as a combination of mechanical and manual laying, to ensure that the laying quality and spacing of the pipes met design requirements. At the same time, to prevent pipeline damage during use, construction workers laid protective layers around the pipes.

After pipeline installation, the agricultural cooperative debugged and optimized the smart drip irrigation system, including adjusting dripper flow rates and setting irrigation times, to ensure the system could provide precise irrigation according to crop water demands.

Project Achievements:

After the upgrade and transformation, the farmland irrigation water utilization rate of the agricultural cooperative increased from the original 60% to over 90%, and crop yields increased by an average of approximately 25%. Meanwhile, the adoption of the smart drip irrigation system reduced manual irrigation workload and labor costs.
